Fraudulent billing and very poor customer service

Hello Guys,


My name is Shekhar and I took a Matrix Sim card in a hurry while coming to US on 10th Aug 2011 with the number 3022656741. After coming to US I read the reviews and got scared of the billing system of Matrix. I immediately requested for the closure of my account on 15th august. I started using the sim only from 12th august as it was not working before entering in US.


To my surprise the first bill for the 4 days of use was Rs 3815 that included several numbers I did not even call to and the bill was for a period of 1 month.I am still getting the bills for October and after calling them they told me it will be generated till november. It is really frustrating talking to customtakeouter care representative as they just try to delay the process. I would suggest and request anyone going abroad not to take Matrix sim or forex as for forex their rate is atleast Rs 2 more than the current market rate and there are several hidden charges.Anyone want any suggestion about Matrix can contact me at syshekhar05@gmail.com.
