Trip to usa is not being accepted for uber and such other services. I am told this is due to us regulatory requirements.
If so why wasn’t I informed about it before hand.Totally in a mess in a foreign country due to matrix.Disgusted and disappointed by their services.
No link on website for reviews or feedback so that other customers can know about such pitfalls.I dont recommend that anybody take matrix cellular sim/phone numbers for us trips. Better to arrange for a sim in usa only.
