They told me that fixed charge was USD15 and call charges at 89 cents per call. I had made hardly 1 to 2 calls per day . The total charges should not have exceeded Rs. 2500/-.
However the bill was Rs. 9200+. Their representative had also agreed with me with the calculations made by me at the time of purchase. My blackberry mobile record showed only 22% of the use as shown in their bill. They are cheating . Please do not use their product.
