Just an advise while traveling abroad? Don’t Buy Matrix Card.The Guys at the sales counter will **con** you to buy cards at the airport by telling you that you are a privileged American Express Customer and they have a special Free offer for American Express Card Members.
American Express Are you listening? Need to re look this tie up.I Bought One(Plan for 2000K) And Billed 20k for 4 days and to top it they also auto debited my American express card( Of course I opted for it) and now they say sir sorry we have already paid to the operator cant do much.
Team was not able show the details of my data usage and they are more interested in preaching me about what is customer service all about:).
I got customer service calls during my travel and they confirmed that the data usage is under control( 500 MB Plan I bought) . They totally denied that they called me:). As per my iPhone data counter I didn’t exceed my Limit.
I got conned! Writing this review for my fellow travelers so that they don’t have to go through this agony.
Its always better to buy Prepaid Sim card at the Local Airport of the country that you are travelling to.
I just wish I would have read some review before buying Matrix Cellular card.
