I went through all the allegations that you have made against me i.e Jai Prakash from Matrix Cellular (I) services, Kolkata. I deny all the wrong charges framed against me and we provided the services that we promised. Now the problem with these guys is that first they used the un-authorized services without discussing the matter with us and then cry when they end up getting huge bills. And the most funniest part is that they presumed that the GPRS will be free in USA and thus used the GPRS. Any fool can only presume such things. As far as me or my company is concerned, we are in this market for the past 10 years and our business runs on the trust between we and our customers and we have been doing better with each passing year.
Also, only this year, we have given more than 50 USA student connections to students including Mr. Abhimanyu, but only he is complaining and others are happily using our services and rather are being benifitted with it. So, in a nutshell, one should know what are the services you are using and what all you are authorized to do otherwise they only end up CRYING for their fault only. So, every one in the service industry should take special care while dealing with such clients who only know using the services and when it comes to pay, they have nothing left than to CRY and blame others. So, Mr. Abhimanyu, instead of blaming your fault to others, learn from the mistake that you made and try to inculcate the habit of paying for the services that you have used and mind you, the one who denies to make due genuine payments are THEIFS and CROOKS and this time all of you must be knowing whom am I talking about!!!
