Avoid using Matrix, buy prepaid cards

I used a Matrix Sim for Singapore for 5 days, it was a 500 INR plan with 500 INR free talktime. I did limited calls and the itemized bill is incredible Rs. 9122.


I was in a conference for 4 days and I did not use the phone for so many calls, inspite of that I am charged soo much. The customer service is also pathetic. Will advise everyone please do not use Matrix Sim Card and fall into this trap.

Dear Mr. Bhamidipati,We have discussed the issue on email/call, wherein we got the usages billed cross verified from our billings team which were found to be valid and in consonance with the details received from partner operator. Further as per your request, we have again instructed our billing team to validate the usages and revert from them is awaited. At the outset, you would appreciate that, the numbers billed in the invoice are known to you and Matrix never vision to dis-satisfy it's customers.
