Horrible Horrible Horrible!Worst Service I have ever got from any provider. Network is good but they just don’t care for customers. I travelled for 15 days but generation and settlement of bills is going on for more than 2 months now.
All this is because of mistakes and carelessness of the employees there. They take photo copy of your credit card and do transactions as what they want. I will suggest if you are travelling outside India, go without a phone but don’t go for Matrix!
