This is with reference to my complaint against Matrix Cellular (International) Services Pvt. Ltd. I had taken 4 international simcards on 9th May 2012 I had taken 2 simcards for Singapore and 2 for Indonesia simcards without any Data Services. I had taken these 4 sim card for my travel to Singapore, Bali and Jakarta between 14th May 2012 to 23rd May 2012. When I returned from my trip I Surrendered all the simcards on 25th May 2012. I was in touch with Mr. Varun Kayal – Deputy Manager – International Sales of Matrix while sourcing these International sim cards.
I had clearly mentioned to him and only approved Voice Sim cards and never approved any Data Services or Data Cards. I was shocked when I received the bills for Singapore simcards on 8th June 2012. I received bill from Matrix for 26, 616.86 which included ` 22, 950 as Data pack charges which I never opted for. They also debited my credit card. I never authorized them to charge my credit card without my approval. This is the pure case of cheating.
Kindly look into this matter and request you to further investigation.
