The salesman at the airport will misguide u n give u all wrong information. They will take a copy of your credit card and put all the bill and unreasonable transaction on the credit card WITHOUT your consent. Also if u don’t return the sim card after returning from your trip they charge you another 350 rs as fine.
In short this is a fraud company who swindles Foreign travelers and will not last four long. As no one shall use its services the second time.They say its a prepaid card n then they bill u for 11000 rupees.On ur credit card
The customer service officials(which are equally useless and dastardly) will tell you that you have signed the terms and conditions and thus its no longer their responsibility and its the customers fault as we did not read the fine print. They conveniently close the complain and put the blame on the customer. .
I was cheated for 11000. Please beware and don’t use the service of this CHOR COMPANY.
