Never Buy Matrix International Card

If you are traveling international and you need a operator to help you.....DONT EVER RELY ON MATRIX

I was fooled into buying an international card for my travel to Singapore(3rd-9TH Dec 2012) and it was communicated that 10 Minutes calling to India will be free but it was not what happened in the billing

To my surprise I got a billing of INR 13000(5000 for Calls and 8000 for Data services)Funny thing is that I never activated Data services and has told them initially I dont want any data services on my number . Very ill informed representative

They have been pestering me from last 6 months on this front.Very bad customer support , it will be better you talk to a wall rather than to their representative

GO WITHOUT A MOBILE PHONE BUT DON’T USE MATRIX IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING ABROAD
