I bought sim cards of Matrix Cellular on my trip to Dubai as rates seem to be attractive.There were two plans on offer Rs 300 for 10 days(with Rs 300 talk time included) and other one Rs 25 per day( no free talk time).I took Rs 25 per day plan(for 5 days) on both the sim cards.
I filled up the form for the two sim cards.I asked where should I mention the plan. Sales executive told me that they will do themselves and he in front of me on the top of the form wrote Rs 25 plan for both the sim cards.When the bill was generated the plan on both the sim cards showed me Rs 300.
Total bill of Rs 650 including taxes.While the bill should be of Rs 125 * 2 + taxes approx Rs 275.then I talked to the customtakeouter care executive they said my concerns will be taken care of and will revert back to me.
I called up two more on their customtakeouter support and in parallel dropped mail to support@matrix.in their email id for customtakeouter support keeping the email id of sales executive in loop.But didn’t get any response whatsoever.
This was the worst customtakeouter support experience that I received from the matrix team.Then surprisingly support@matix.in replied to one of my mail attaching a form to that in which the details of the plan of Rs 300 were filled and shockingly my signautres were forged on that form.
Delhi sales executive of Matrix team was also in CC.I told in reply to that mail that my signatures have been forged and my concerns should be addressed.Since then they never replied back. I sent a reminder but to no avail.The concern is not of a few hundred rupees but the highly ethical, manipulative and the worst customtakeouter experience that they provide.
I suggest you please avoid the services from this company as much as you can, however I couldn’t find any other company operating in the same space so I suggest that you have your each and every document and details well filled in when taking the sim cards.
Also do check your bills in detail since they are known for putting in lot of hidden charges in there.Be careful when you take the take the data services on their sim cards since they charge as high as Rs 300-400 / mb. Please avoid taking data services.
They would never disclose you these charges and by default provide the data services on their sim cards. Even checking your email account can cost you Rs 600-800 very easily. This was my personal experience when I traveled to Europe and took sim cards from them and they charged me Rs 2200 for less than 10 mb of data services.
And since they take your credit card details in advance you can’t do anything once they charge on your credit card.With these two experiences.
I rate this company as the biggest fraud in the market with only focus on extracting maximum money from its customtakeouters without the slightest concern of the services and support. Please try to avoid them.
