Do yourself a favor NEVER buy their sim, got it for my parents didn’t work when they needed the most in US. They had to borrow phones of fellow passengers. So many negative reviews are for some reason. Contacted customer care 5 times and once customer care took my number and never called back., they are of no use.
I am highly disappointed by their service and treatment and will definitely write in consumer forum. Our 2000 bucks went down the drain, in addition to false promises and sufferings because of believing them..... Not recommended.
