Recently, we had been to Mauritius trip, so we dint had much time. In a hurry we optd for Matrix. We used it for 1 week, also they provided us with some free minutes to India so when we made calls we were aware of minutes we talked since I had Samsung Ace mob it had all the details like how many minutes we spoke.
We have to deposit 5k before, so me n my hubby were guessing that we would get a bill below the deposited money. But when we got the bill we were literally in shock our bill was 10k we had to give extra 5k from ur pocket.
Once we got our summary we cross checked it with our phone details and there was a complete miss match so I took the screen shot of the phone details and summary.
Then spoke to the customer service executive and sent those screen shot. they said that they need some time to verify. After about a week we receive another bill with actual details which was below 5k.
We were wondering tat we had a mob that had all the details but what about ppl who don’t keep all the records?? These ppl make money by cheating.
So ppl avoid this operator if you have no choice then keep a record of ur calls.
