We purchased a Matrix Global Sim Card for our travel to Turkey & USA early May 2013. We also purchased a recharge voucher for Rs 1, 500. Once we reached at Turkey and switched on the phone after inserting the sim and inputting the PIN etc, it failed to connect to any network.
I presumed maybe it is because of no balance (pretty silly anyways), I tried refilling the voucher and it failed to recharge too.
The purpose was defeated during our 2 weeks in Turkey & USA. We contacted Matrix customer care through someone in India and they said it maybe some network issues and should be sorted in a couple of hours. Alas, nothing happened. We would like a full refund and trust me, it’s an absolutely pathetic product and customer care do not care once the product has been sold to the customer.
