I bought their card/connection on my way to Singapore and they swiped my card for 2500 as a security, which was dumb. Then they told me its going to be for 699 and will work for 10 days and also 1sgd per min to India, free incoming and you can call upto 500rs for free. Now they don’t say that this is like a post paid connection i.e. u will get a bill in the end, which is ridiculous. The card stopped working in 5 days and once am back they send some guy to pick the card and very cleverly, once the card is collected, they send me a bill for 3023 ( believe me in 5 days with family holiday you can imagine how many calls would have happened in that time)
Before I could talk to them I get a msg from my bank that my card has been swiped for 3023 with matrix...this is utter cheating and nonsense. That they use my card without my concern and they do not share the hidden costs at all ...I WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE NOT TO BUY THESE CARDS/CONNECTIONS! THEIR CONNECTIVITY IS BAD, THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND YOU WILL LAND UP WITH A BILL THAT MAKES A HOLE IN YOUR POCKETS. PLEASE BEWARE!!
