Matrix - Horribly sh*t service

I had the worst experience with this service... I had never written any review before but this service made me write it..... Matrix Cellular is a sht of sick people.... Upon first interaction u will find very kind, gentle people. if u ask them for International SIM they will give u at any time even on Sundays, at Airport etc etc..... but once u give u your details u r trapped... the first thing they ask for SIM is Credit Card details.... they block ur 10, 000/ 5000 Rs which again depends upon customer to customer, believe me.... they don’t have any concrete rules for that.... and later u won’t get any fuing customer service... I even tried to submit application on their website under customer concerns, no replies......


On a US visit I had asked them a SIM for one month..... They delivered SIM within 4 hours on Sunday night at Bombay airport..... but after my month is over I asked them to disconnect it and to my horror they said u have to notice this to Matrix 30 days before u want to disconnect otherwise it gets extended...... It was AWFUL..... I was like WTF.... when customer takes SIM for 30 days, it is supposed to get disconnected after 30 days until I request not to do so..... but here in Matrix world I had to inform them 30 days before, even when I had taken it for 30 days.... this was unbelievably worst part..... they didn’t bother to accept my concern.... and I had to pay their charges, because they had blocked my amount on Credit card....


In any condition I would suggest take the SIM of country after going there... at least for US its simple...


I AM DAMN SURE IF U TAKE MATRIX U WILL END UP REGRETTING AND WRITING SOMETHING  LIKE THIS....
