Fraud Company - Bogus Bill

I have used Matrix Data Card. I was told by the sales rep that this card will cost me Rs 3000 with 500mb. Now they have thrown me the the Bill of Rs.150000. How can this be possible?


They are cheaters.

Dear sir,We appreciate your concern on high billing ,however,the rentals along with the limit on free usage is explicitly mentioned on the tariff shared at the time of sale.The billing goes high only when the usage is exceeded beyond the free limit available with the tariff opted.Would request you to share your Matrix account details so that we may review the same further.ThanksHinahina.rohira@matrix.in
