Before briefing the thing I recommend never try this service. I traveled to Thailand from Chennai. I was told that the tariff for 15 days is INR 500. You will get INR 500 free talk time. They charged INR 2500 in my card. To my knowledge I made 4 call in the whole trip and switched to a local number after reaching. I never switched it on in the whole of my trip except the first day in Thailand.
They collected all details and told that after you reach we will call you and come and collect the sim at your place. After a weeks time no one responded I wrote to customer care as usual apologies mail. Nothing happened. Called up the Nodal officer. Then a person contacted and said that a person will come and collect it. Came and collected the card and told will get the bill in few days. I got the bill after 15 days from my billing cycle. When I got the bill I was shocked to see my bill as INR 715 in the body of the mail.
When I opened my bill there was another my bill reads INR 1430 as sub total and the bill amount to be paid is INR 815. I called up Nodal officer again and he asked me to forward the details. The bill bears INR 150 as Airport charges Which I was not at all aware of. Which they claim that there is a one line in the agreement. Then when I asked which amount is my bill no reply from them even after 2-4 times of follow ups.
Then got a mail stating that I need to pay INR 715. And for Airport charges there is an explanation that it is charged by Airport Authority of India and nothing is in their hands. The call charges for 4 mins of my usage is approx INR 250. So starting from sales person till Nodal officer follow the same ethichs that cheat customer. So Never ever try this product.
