I had bought a Matrix Simcard when I traveled to UK in June 2014. They had sold the sim card with false promises. The made fraud promises like free incoming calls / texts etc. None of them are true. Matrix Mobile charged me Rs. 20, 000 for a 2 week trip, where my daily usage was only a few minutes of calls and a few texts per day. Incoming calls were not free unlike what was promised.
