I recently bought the prepaid sim for Malaysia in their Sale Online. It got delivered within the promised time of 3 days which was great. There was no option to choose the SIM size online and I wanted Nano sim, so I called customer service where I was told that I can use any sim size as they give the multiple sim size card, hearing the answer I was happy and placed the order. On receipt, I checked it was Micro SiM along with an adapter to change it to Mini Sim.
Additionally I had to send the KYC documents on email which I did on 2nd May. Till 4th May they are still saying they did not receive the documents, which is completely not possible.
Very unprofessional approach and Pathetic Customer Service.
They are yet to send me the Invoice for the product delivered even after reminding them over and over.
