Very bad experience in billing & customer service

Matrix has just fancy adds and clever sales people that attract you, even come to your home to sell their international roaming cards and then give you hard time in billing and customer service, after you return back to India.


I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MATRIX SERVICES AGAIN TO ANYONE.


Just read my bad experiences below and you will understand why I am saying this:


1) When I called their customer care number for raising complaint over some calls where they had charged extra minutes, they simply didn’t take my complaint saying that there system is accurate. I had my call log as an evidence to show the call duration, but they didn’t accept that.


2) They just notified me about bills over email and one fine day, directly debited that much amount from my credit card, without sending me email/sms notification that, we will charge your card on so and so date. I am not sure if this is legal. Such rules are never explained by their sales people when selling the card.


3) To my biggest surprise, they sent me one bill 1.5 months after my trip was over! This is after I already paid one bill before. When I checked again with their customer care, they told about some crazy billing cycle being the reason. But such rules are never explained by their sales people when selling the card.


4) They charge Rs. 5000 as security deposit, which they return only after 21 days from last bill paid. So I have ended up keeping this amount with them for more than 2 months(because last bill was sent by them after 1.5 months). So they are keeping customer money without paying any interest.


5) Everytime I had to call their customer service, they tell that, their service people are busy and they will call back, but they simply never call back.


6) I have told all above complaints to their customer care number, but there was no action taken by them, I never received call again from any of their senior customer care manager or from the sales person who sold the card to me.


So overall complete disappointment with this service provider.
