My service was NOT activated in time as promised. Why do you think anyone would buy a matrix SIM card if they dont get the service as soon as they land into a new country. If they have to live without network connection for first 6-7 hours, they can easily buy a SIM locally. I had to do exactly the same, all this time having to take care of a useless SIM that you had given to me. When you dont deliver a service, what is the compensation you give the customer?
I was very clear in asking your salesperson that I would like to give away the SIM card back as soon as I land back in Chennai. I was informed that there will be a matrix counter to collect the SIM card. When I reached back, there was no matrix counter to accept the SIM card return. This is a logistics failure from your side. Had the counter been there as promised, I would NOT have been expected to again keep safe that useless SIM card that I never found any value or use for. What do you do on logistic failure from your end?
I lost their SIM card because I was keeping it handy for return and they want to charge me monthly rentals for that. Cant stop laughing and feeling an idiot.
