Switched numbers without notice

I purchased a Matrix sim card for one of my US trips so I could receive calls from my clients. After the first two days the card stopped working.  When the service came back up (after a call to customer support) one of my clients informed me that the number I provided in the voice mail says “I am not receiving calls” and the caller ID shows a different number. I informed the Matrix sales person in Bangalore about this issue.  He promised that the issue would be addressed and then stopped taking my calls.  It’s been more than 12 months and I have seen no apologies or retribution for the hardships. I do get plenty of sales calls from them!

I have since gotten myself an AT&T repaid number for the US and a reliance global number for Europe.  I have known others who have had similar issues with Matrix.  Save yourself the trouble.  There are plenty of options for making and receiving calls in the US.  Get yourself a Google/Skype number and an AT&T data plan.  It’s value for money. Do not support Matrix. Unethical businesses like them need to die out and make room for better ones.

Competitors, hope you are listening.
