Very bad experience with matrix. Took a Singapore sim card. I was given 1 number but another number was appearing in the dialing screen. I was billed for another number and on top of that charged for not returning the sim card in spite of showing them the receipt of sim card return.
The worst customer service I have experienced I have to keep repeating the problem to each one of them every time I call from the start instead of them transferring the call to the personnel who is handling the complaint. Its been 1 month since I have complained and still the issue has not been resolved!
