This company is a big fraud and full of liars & cheaters in higher management.
I had taken a pre paid sim for UK and paid hefty charges upfront. But the sim didn’t get activated when reached UK, had to face too many issues. This is when the senior manager of Matrix Saraswat has promised it will work. While no immediate support or till next 12 hours.
Later when I asked them for refund as the sim wasn’t working this smart Senior Manager has refused it.
Do not ever take this company services.
