Service is not so great, I had taken the SIM for Canada on business trip. When I landed in Canada SIM card is not able to register on any network then put a mail to the concerned then they resolved the issue and took one day. One thing need to appreciate is even though its sunday technical team solved the issue.
One more bad thing about Matrix is they keep generating the bills often since after we go back we claim from the company so we need to have full bill in one shot instead they keep providing one by one, once we claim all our expenses then they will send one more bill which is inconvenient to claim again only for the remaining bill. This should be improved.
