I took a Matrix connection in KOLKATA and this is certainly the last time I will ever use it.
These people are cheats. If you go to a visa office and see a person from Matrix sitting there avoid him. As a matter of fact I am writing to the various consulates that these people are nothing but cheats.
When I took a matrix connection, I had to give my credit card details. They take a copy with the explicit understanding that they would block Rs. 10000.00 from the card. This does not mean Deduct.
Guess what these thugs debited Rs. 33000.00
After two months they returned Rs. 16000.00
They gave me a cell phone which did not work
They charged me Rs. 11000 Plus for 32 minutes of internet usage. **THIS COMES TO MORE THAN RS. 300 PER MINUTE.
Matrix people give out incorrect billing information when you book with them. IN OTHER WORDS, THEY DUPE YOU.
AVOID MATRIX LIKE THE PLAGUE
I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF CREATING A WEBSITE EXPOSING THESE PEOPLE. EVEN IF 10 PEOPLE EVERY MONTH REALISE THAT MATRIX CHEATS, I WOULD BE VERY HAPPY
