Don't Buy Matrix Card. You Simply Lose Your Money

I got shocked to see my matrix bill. There are so many hidden charges, which they wont share while taking the connection.

I hardly used my phone. I kept my phone switched off most of time during my usage.

But still I got 4700 bill for 1 month.

Here is how they will charge.

Surcharge for each and every call you make

25% of you rental as Setup charge

Surcharge for again rental & setup charge

They will sum these setup, rental & usage charges, and they will put again service tax 12%. On top of this, they will take the highest USD to INR exchange rate on the day they calculate the bill and generate bill for you.

I lost 2000 Rs/- just because of hidden charges. Friends I recommend don’t buy matrix calling card.
