I recently travelled outside India and Took Matrix card from the airport. My visit was for just 4 days and it was so hectic that I was not able to use Matrix card apart from very short duration calls just for passing the messages. However I have been shocked to recieve the Bill of over 4 thousand for just 4 days. The tricks played around by these people are
a) The numbers mentioned in the Bill are not even known to me.
b) The time duration of calls is extremely inflated. Multiple calls are even more than 10 mins while I am more than 100% sure that my calls could not have lasted for more than 2 mins.
c) The time of call is such that I am very sure I could have not called at that time.
d) The Traiff mentioned at the airport is different to what I have been charged.
e) The money was directly debited from my credit card without giving me a chance to review the bill.
It is a complete fraud and I feel like being fooled by them. I request you all to please look for other alternatives rather than matrix card unless you want to end up writing a similar kind of review for others.
