I bought Sim Card for my Dubai Travel and used the card for appx 15 days. First of all there is no customer care no. which can support free of charge.When I came back and got the bill was surprised to see the Data charges included in that and that is for everyday.As I knew that there would be extra and hefty charges on the data usage I never activated my Data in my phone and always took care of that so that should not be activated at any given time even by mistake.
If anybody do any mistake that may be for one or two times but they have charged for everyday.
The same was explained to them on Email and over a phone had discussions.But they have not accepted and no rectification done in the bill .Because they take the credit card info at the time of issuing the SIM they take the money and you can not do anything.
I told them to show me the details of the Dubai service provider to prove but they are only saying that they have checked at their end.I recommend all of the viewer should not buy a Matrix card and always buy a card in the country you visit and its easily available at the Airport itself.
