I took a unlimited india calling plan for UK. It did not work. I recharged the phone again to see if it would get started. But that did not happen either. The customer complain called back after 3 days. All he told is that India calling was used away. You need to recharge. I shared that it is not recharging though I already paid another 5K. He said he will check again. And the next SMS I get is that the complaint has been resolved.
Over all - If you have options, do not use Matrix.
