I bought their SIM when I traveled to UK. After reaching UK I found out that their call rates are 3 times higher than any other service provider in UK!
I cancelled their plan after few months. I emailed their customer service stating I cancel it and asking the advance payment.
I told them to deduct the bill for the last month’s payment due (only month I didn’t for - about 1700/-) and return the rest of my advance(I paid Rs.5000/- as advance!).
They didn’t respond at all. And suddenly one day after 2 years, they sent an email stating I have defaulted payments and asked me to pay about Rs. 25K!Basically they are cheaters.
You would be hard pressed to find a worse mobile service provider in India or UK than them.
Please search the internet about this company and their cheating and don’t make the same mistake that I made.
I am fairly sure all these "positive" reviews are fake as no one, in their right mind, would say anything good about this company if they really used their services.
