Bunch of thieves at Matrix. The network coverage was great to be honest and I’m satisfied, but hey Matrix doesn’t own networks but are only facilitators. They have SO MANY hidden charges which weren’t communicated to me earlier.
Their employee Ravi Parkash Gupta happens to be one lazy and a stupid fellow who is not attentive to his customers, and not aware of what he is selling.
My usage during my 15 days stay in USA and Canada and a 2 minute call from UK on roaming costed me Rs. 5700. They take have activation charges, fixed charges which weren’t communicated to me earlier. Further, they take ages to generate your bill. After m y repeated attempts to request Ravi for generating my bill, I finally got it after a month.
The dollar since I have come back from Canada has shot by Rs. 5 which was reflected in my bill, which I feel is not justified since during the usage the dollar rate was less. Further, they just don’t get in touch with you to collect the payments, further adding up late payment charges.
After a month I receive another bill for those 2 minute usage I had in the UK, and this time the fools have charged a Canadian $ rate of 64.60, which is Rs. 9.60 up from what was when I had actually used it. After my complaint the only reply I got was, "I’m sorry for the inconvenience but this charge can not be reverted, hence you would have to pay". And hence here I’m sharing my experience with you.
Guys opt for Airtel international roaming pack or Clay telecom which are better.
