The services of Matrix is worst now days. I am the old customer of matrix since last 3 years. I have called matrix, Indore office located in Orbit Mall Vijay nagar. They have promised me to deliver the SIM card and never turned up even after several reminders. I went abroad without the SIM card and faced a lot of problems. I don’t know what happened to them, where they got vanished.
Three years back, even when they don’t have the office also, they serve their clients on toes and greet them properly. In my last visit in 2009 I have asked for the sim card and got it in next one hour i.e. around 11:30 in night by Matrix representative.As they are growing big they dont entertain the customers properly. My roaming bill is of 11275 now and that’s because of Matrix.
Don’t trust them. I guess they don’t have the cards now to sell.
