Worst customer Service Award should go to Matrix

Matrix Cellular service is one of the worst. They dont have enough customer care lines. If you call you will have to wait atlst fr half an hour. The only time u cn reach them is 1:30 - 3:00 AM. However for your convenience you happen to call at this time .beware the customer care executive might just abuse you.


They dont respect their customers. If they r going.let them.Right?


Bills dont reach us on time. Also You get wierd messages like one of them I recieved was after I had made payment for the month of Feb and I got an SMS "Please confirm the delivery of your bill for the month of FEB."


This is how it is.If this message makes a difference then guys please try to improve your service.u r in a tough competition environment.


I am already looking for a better plan and easier paying options.I will soon change my service.
