I have been using matrix products since one year but today I got so disappointed by the company salon at Karnal, Haryana. I got there to buy ultra hydrating masque and a serum. After paying the total amount, I got to know from the guy sitting at the front office charged some extra tax around 12% on the masque and after questioning that why we have to pay extra on MRP, he started arguing and fighting when asked for the bill.
After that he snactched the products from my hand which is so disgusting which is very shameful on the company part that you guys treat your valuable customers like this. At last he said that whatever I want to do, I can complain wherever I want because they have there own rules.
I have visited so many other outlets of matrix but this was the pathetic and worst experience I have ever came across which makes me sad after thinking company’s reputation which makes good products but the people working for them are so rude and fights with you when you ask for answers which you ask from them and also bill.
So I just want to know where in any customer forum or company rule book or in any xyz thing, it’s written that we have to pay extra tax on MRP?
