Matrix is in Me.

“Matrix is a reflection of what I am…or what I do in real”

Why am I doing this…

I am writing this review as I feel like writing, but do you know why you are reading this review, may be you want to know about Matrix Revolution, or is that your karma to do what ever I say, what is Karma, isn’t it just a word or is it a….I know you all are confused as to what am I blabbering, am I confused yes and no because most of you are after seeing Matrix Trilogy unfold with many unanswered questions as to why the hell was this movie made and what’s the purpose of this movie….

Matrix Revolution…The Finale…

Before, I go ahead with my review; lets understand that Matrix Revolution is not exactly continuation with Matrix Reloaded. Revolution is the second branch of the Original movie; hence you don’t need exactly to look back at Matrix Reloaded for all your answers.

Revolution starts with Neo (Keanue Reeves) finding himself stuck between the real world and the matrix world. In Fact he has been kept Captive by the Trainman (Bruce Spence) and he would only be released if Trinity (Carrie-Ann-Moss), Morpheus(Lawrence Fishburn) & Oracle’s Bodyguard would hand over Oracle(Mary Alice, but I like Gloria Foster who died after Reloaded was made) to them. But they somehow are able to free Neo and obviously the ever Mr. Question mark Neo needed some answers as he walks down to Oracle for some quick answer and as always Oracle doesn’t have the answers but Neo himself has the answer.

In the mean while, Zion (The last human race to being lived) is being attacked by some creepy machines and the humans are ready with their weird weapons. The huge armory of machines and weapons and the amazing fight between the humans and the machines is definitely a treat to watch. Especially liked those huge drilling machines used by these creepy machines. Don’t even care for all the technical talk about killing these machines and all about the EMP as you wouldn’t care for. Probably one of the most extensively made action sequence, which is bigger and like never seen before machines and weapons.

After having a long talk with Oracle, Neo realizes that the only way to stop the war between the Machines and the Humans, is to fight out a lone battle with ever growing and multiplying Agent Smith(Hugo Weaving). Also, Neo finds that one way to end the war is finishing Smith and there is a growing threat for these Creepy Machines, they have a bigger enemy then the humans and who is that?.Hence, one side, Neo is fighting Agent Smith and the other side, Morpheus, Niobe (Jada Pinkett Smith) and their team has to fight the machine. So what happens …

  1. Will Neo finish Agent Smith?

  2. Who is the biggest enemy for the creepy machines?

  3. What happens to Trinity?

  4. What Happens to Zion?

For all these answers you need to watch Matrix Revolution, as I don’t want to be a spoilsport.

The Idea…

Definitely, Matrix has changed the way movie is to be made, whether you talk about the amazing action sequence or different way to telling the story. Definitely, for many of us, as expected Matrix Revolution didn’t answer lot of questions, as we would have expected Reloaded didn’t answer either hence, lot was expected from Revolution. But, I don’t blame the director for this, because Matrix and the whole concept are of a different level, when our very own Rishi’s couldn’t answer many things, how do we expect Wachowski bros, do it.

  1. What is Matrix and why is Neo leaving in a Matrix World?

  2. Why Does, Morpheus believes so much in Neo and thinks him to be the One

  3. Why are humans leaving in the core of the earth?

  4. What are Machines taking over the world?

  5. What is a super computer program like Agent Smith become so powerful.

I guess, so if you look at the movie closely, we are moving to something similar, its just that Wachowski have used “Technology and superlative narrating” to explain it and in the midst of the heavy gadget war, they have lost the crux of the movie, which even they couldn’t answer.

Real Hero…

Though real star of the movie is the technicians and the stuntman, who made this one of the best Graphically and Visually satisfying movie. Whether you talk about the Action Sequence between the Trainman’s army and Trinity& co or the action sequence of the century between the Human’s and the machines.

Apart from that, for me Agent Smith was the heart and soul of the entire movie, Hugo Weaving is the meanest negative character I have seen any movie, especially, the dialogue delivery, like saying “Mr. Anderson”. Infact, I felt Neo was definitely overshadowed by Smith. For me the darling is Trinity (Cariee Ann) too, man, she is amazingly good, though people might find her woody in expression but she carries that attitude which no actress could have done it. Overall, Morpheus lost his character right from Reloaded and he is almost negligible in Revolution so is Neo, but Niobe became more stronger in this movie and she has definitely overtaken Morpheus.

Everything that has a beginning has an End…

How, true, like there is Death after Birth, this movie had to end somewhere, though it could have dragged but it would lost the spice, hence it had to end, I am not sure, everyone reading my review would have felt that the movie had ended or answered all queries. But the way, I look at it, it has answered most of the queries and it couldn’t have ended better. The hardcore critics would definitely blast this movie right, left and center, but that’s the way life is some people, love it and some people don’t. For me this movie has ended, but has started a new love for this movie. I am just crazy about The Matrix Trilogy and I feel this is the best cult movie; and no movie can come close to this, I am sure even Wachowski bros, can’t make a better movie than this.

Make it simple, what is Matrix Trilogy…

Matrix Trilogy is a dream of an Architect, who has designed this Computerized Environment, but his computer program fails somewhere, as one of the program becomes stronger and turns himself into a destructive kind like Agent Smith did, but there is someone who overlooks this entire program, that’s what Oracle did of taking care of this program and guiding Hackers like Neo to solve it.

Definitely, there is a philosophy behind this entire chain, that when ever there is a Good thing, and this good thing becomes a greed of a few individual, their has to be someone who can destroy the greed of an individual. Its like if you believe in God, do believe in Devil, similarly like everything that begins has to End. Take God as the Beginning of the World and Devil as the End of the world.

I don’t know whether, I have been able to explain this movie, but for me this is a Cult Movie, which has to be understood by going to a different level of thinking. If you don’t want to get into this Philosophy bull then just enjoy the action and the graphics, I am sure you wont be disappointed.
