Matrix !!! Still an Illusion ?!?

Title : Matrix? Still an Illusion ?!?

Review : Matrix, then Matrix Reloaded and too sum it up all.... Matrix Revolution! Millions of theories about Matrix has been written. Some call it sci-fi, some spiritual, some trash, some dont even know what to call it. Well, what I understood of it is what I will tell. Lot of ’em will disagree, but still I think it should be an interesting material to read. Matrix is all metaphors. So decoding the metaphors should help understand what it is all about. MATRIX = MAYA/ILLUSION therefore the fight of all at Zion is to OVERCOME Maya and realise themselves.....their soul. AGENT SMITHS = All the physical, material as well as mental baits which stops us humans from realising that we are souls. And we all know whenever we try to get out of baser things, we have to fight a lot with ourselves. its not easy to get out of these baser instincts. Therfore Neo is always confused and has to fight again and again with Agent Smith. Now one could ask why did Wachowski Brothers show Neo, a common man like us becoming ’The One’. Mebbe they wanted us to realise and believe that we all are capable of becoming ’The One’. But then, we will have to BELIEVE in ourselves first.....and believe that we are not just somebody in flesh & blood.....that we are an indestructible and all-powerful element called ’SOUL’. At the same time also BELIEVE in the ABSOLUTE. All at Zion are the people who are ’ON THE PATH’............people who KNOW that they are souls. Trinity & Morpheus have gone ahead on a path a little bit therefore they have superhuman powers of dodging bullets (here again bullets are not bullets, but one of the baser elements). MATRIX REVOLUTIONS is the final battle between Neo(Soul) and Agent Smith (Illusion). Spiritually speaking whenever there’s lot of negativity on the planet, an avataar takes place.........in the form of Krishna, Jesus or Hazrat Ali........here Neo is an incarnation to fight the evil. If you plod deeper (though this might sound crazy......Oracle turns into a Black woman. This could be a metaphor for MAHAKALI.....DARK GODDESS.......who shows up whenever there’s a war between Good and Evil). Though you may find this absolute thrash, but I would not be saying this without some proof. You should listen to the song which begins at the beginning of the final fight between Neo and Agent Smith.......its sung in an operatic style but the lyrics are sanskrit......TAMA SO MAA JYOTIR.............Listen to it carefully. This stotra in sanskrit means Hey Lord take away my ignorance and give me knowledge, take me away from darkness and show me the Light......Lead me from mortality to immortality..........and in the end Neo merges with the Absolute and becomes immortal. The Wachowski brothers are ZEN MONKS themselves. So not surprising that they made a sci-fi movie with a spiritual sub-plot. It’s a film-making feat. It’s actually difficult to make films with an intriguing sub-plot. Zen Philosophy and Indian Spiritualism has a lot in common. Therfore the use of metaphors like SATI, RAMACHANDRA, KAMALA. All theories of spiritualism have one thing in common.........THE THEORY OF DUALITY....for eg....DAY-NIGHT, GOOD-EVIL, LIFE-DEATH etc. And while the SHIVA ELEMENT(Maker of Matrix) tries to balance the duality, the SHAKTI ELEMENT (Oracle) tries to imbalance it. Its like dad scolding the son for erring and Mom intervening and saving the kid from Dad’s wrath. Like in the end when the MAKER OF THE MATRIX(shiva element) tells ORACLE(shakti element) why is she here, she replies ’’ to unbalance’’. There are lotsa other metaphors used which we might not understand cos they could be from some other spiritual theory. Finally MATRI TRILOGY has one single message ’’ we all are souls. realise it. and with faith and perseverance, we can merge with the absolute and be free forever’’
