I read this book at a friends place who is doing an MBA. It was recommended by her prof at the B-School.
It comapres how a very strict management can lead to the detriment of the company when the workers are not taken into decision making and also gives a very good insight on how an informal culture in an organisation can bring out the best in people and help shed shed all stubborness towards work and makes the organisation work more effectively as a single unit thereby increasing cohesion and productivity.
I would rate it as a must read for any would be Manager !!!!!!!!!!!!
