I have visited MAX store RCity Ghatkoper on 15th October 2021. One trial room for ladies was closed. At another trial room there was a long q. Security staff was allowing only 3 garments for trial. Once you tried she was not allowing the same customer to again in q for trail. If you have selected more than 3 garments, you cannot try it.
At billing counter, situation was most horrible. One billing staff named Aman Verma was called second person standing behind me without billing of my items. When I raised the issue for billing as per q order, he doesn’t listen.
Opt for another store instead of max for shopping.
