It is extremely disappointing that a reputed company like MAX deceive their customers with invalid offers. There is an offer going on in MAX Stores-Seasons Mall Pune. Shop for Rs. 3500/- and get a limited edition jungle book snack set free. The offer doesn’t mention that it has to be a single bill or that there are any other conditions. I shopped for almost 5000/- but in two bills on the same day.
The billing guys refused to help me with all this. I even asked them that if they cant do it on two bills atleast they can cancel both my bills and generate a new one but then they told me that offers are not applicable on credit notes. So they wanted me to pay them 5000/- once again.
