I Bought bought item online from max and after waiting for 9 days I called them to follow up and they ask me it will be delivered after 2 or 3 days and I wait again for next 2 to 3 days and finally received a MSG from max on 12th day saying that shipment company has reached me several time but I was unable to reach I didn’t receive any call from anyone and when I call shipment company they ask me they have returned the item back to max since I was unreachable and after long conversation they agree that they will ask max to delivered the item to shipment team and they will delivered me today on 05-12-2019 I called Shipment team again and they are saying that the item has not been delivered by MAX and when I call Max they are saying they are going to returned my money back after waiting for 15 days they simply told me they will return my money back. disappointing procedure and service, 0% customer service. I will recommend everyone not to buy a 1 AED product from them they will suffer you and finally ended up with nothing
