I visited Dr Nigam for consultation related to my mothers haemorrhoids. He tried to create unnecessary urgency. He even hinted that I have medical insurance so I m not gonna loose anything.
Just because I have insurance!! In haste to force me visit again he took my bills along. I came back moments later from reception area and he was gone!
When I asked hospital staff to issue a copy of bill they mentioned "duplicate" on it. Mediassist has rejected claim stating its duplicate.
I wish a hospital of Max repute showed more professionalism.
