The hospital charges a bomb for a room( almost equal to a 5 star hotel), inspite of that they do not hesitate to put in fake expenses to bloat the bill - expense on gloves, syringes, doctor visit, nursing charges and so on.
And when you bring it to their notice instead of accepting, apologizing and refunding your money, they justify these fake expenses. Maybe because their belief system is when someone is down and out due to illness in family, squeeze then fully.
They could have had me as their client for life, but for petty money, they lost me forever and many more like me.
Penny wise pound foolish. No wonder their ratings are pathetic.
