My experience with Max Hospital, Mohali for my father’s treatment was horrible. They do not care about 20 year old patient or 70 year old, for them suggesting most expensive medicines is what interests them irrespective of how strong they may be and how badly they may impact the patient. Their very expensive rooms(even a single bed room) lack the basic amenities like sufficient blankets, room heater etc while they charge a lot more than a luxury hotel room. They are very very slow and even an old patient is made to wait for long time to get the assistance. They are very greedy and insensitive and do not have the basic understanding that they are doctors and their primary duty is to save lives not to make money. Govt. is having blind eye towards these money makers.
