It’s all very nice when you make the first visit - you are seen by the doctor, suggested investigation/s, and so on. But after you have emptied your pockets, and wish to be advised on course of treatment, you’d be surprised at how long the staff will keep you waiting!
Obviously, other patients, who have fresh appointments and are yet to undergo investigations, are the cash cows. I traveled an hour and half to reach the hospital, waited an hour and a half to see the doc with my reports, and eventually returned without consulting her. Had no further time to waste on those thugs!
