My daughter was admitted to Max at Patparganj (16th november to 18th novemver, ; room no 2307)because of Diarohea. The stay at the room was good, decently clean to reduce chance of infections etc.
But the service is aweful: service crew as well as the nurses are very noisy & made me felt it more a hotel less a hospital.
The wrost thing happend when my 9 months’ old was tortured & traumatised by the pediatric docter to reinstall the canula for drip. She was punctured at least nine times all over her arms & legs for that. She bore the severe scratch marks on the neck as well. Even after that she could not install it, another one did it.
There was no place to lodge a protest although the doctor in charge was courteous enough to apologise the untoward episode. But the doctor who did the mess did not.
I am terribly upset with MAX and I will be the last person to visit it again and to recommend any one to the same.
