Bery very bad experience with Max staff starting from patient registration and admission. Inspite of full cashless pre-authorisation, hospital charges Rs.10, 000/- CASH to admit. Apparently to cover charges like ’Dietician’, RMO visits, Gloves etc ( to be used during the operation) . They even attempted to make us pay extra for the room, even though the Insurance had confirmed they would pay the full amount. Staff was completely uncoooperative and unhelpful. information on extra charges was NOT given a day earlier when the approval was confirmed. Felt harassed and blackmailed to pay extra when patient was already in emergency care. Definitely DON’T revommend for complete staff apathy and pathetic attitude - instead of making it a pleasant trouble free experience
