I went there to get my wife operated for a gall stone, the doctors informed me of the complete procedure a day in advance, I booked a general room, twin sharing and was amazed by the cleanliness and privacy they had to offer despite it being a Twin Sharing.
I needed some special arrangements to be made to get my 2 year old son along and on request the administrator made the necessary arrangements. On the day of surgery, my wife was extremely nervous but the nurse so beautifully calmed her and talked her into the OT that when she was brought back to the room, she told me she didn’t even realize when everything happened. It was reassuring to see her smile.
I got more than what I asked for.
