It seems they don’t know the meaning of appointment . Our doctor eye specialist ritu arora was supposed to come at 6pm but she came at 7:30 pm .
This is late even by Indian standards . Hospital could have at least called us and informed us so that we could reschedule our appointment .
This is the least we can expect from a so called good hospital. Even their staff behaved completely clueless .This is extremely unprofessional behavior.
